I met Nicolau (Gicu) at the start of this year when I was looking for apartments in Barcelona. He certainly left an impression, especially in this competitive market. First was his responsiveness. Whilst the same property was being shown by different agents, he was fast to get back to me with appointments and additional suggestions. Second was his rapport with people on both sides. He is the sort of guy who naturally engages with people and builds trust by delivering on what he promises. Last but not least, by leveraging his contacts and knowledge in other fields, I was able to quickly find all the information and the people I needed for the transaction to go through (e.g. lawyers, additional costs, things to take into account, local practices, etc). It was a pleasure working with him and we still keep in touch when I'm in town.

In the world of real estate, everybody tries to get a slice of the cake and take advantage of your life savings you are investing in your project...We were very fortunate to find Gicu who was always very transparent and never tried to hide anything from us. What’s more, he is 200% engaged to his clients and was available literally all the time, and always patiently, for even the most stupid question we had!
